Chica will always be our adventure fur baby! She loved going on bike rides, visiting family and friends, running on the beach, bathing under the sun, playing “come chase me” and chasing all the critters that came into our path on our walks.  She was truly a ray of sunshine for us and anyone that got to meet her.   Dr. Mel and Amy helped us immensely in the most heartbreaking decision we had to make.  We always knew that when the time came, we would want to have it done at home.  The amount of compassion Amy showed on our first phone call and when we opened our front door to Dr. Mel cannot be measured.   Dr. Mel was so gentle and loving in helping our baby Chica cross the rainbow bridge all while we held Chica in our arms and giving her kisses.  We have to keep reminding ourselves that our baby Chica lived a happy, healthy and active life.   She lived a long 17 years and we cherish every second.  We feel honored to have all the wonderful memories of her.  We will always keep her memory close to our hearts forever.  We love and miss you Sweet Cheeks CHICA.
